Within a few minutes of walking in a gentleman from the service department asked me if I needed assistance and found me a sales representative immediately. That is when I met Rocky. Rocky took the time to find out what my needs were and spent hours with me test driving and answering my questions. The service was exceptional and couldn't be happier with my buying experience. I have had my Sorento for a week now and my family and I couldn't be happier. Rocky was a stand up guy and made me feel comfortable. Not for a second did I fee pressured. Rocky was so professional, honest, and approachable it made me feel totally at ease and made for a great experience. Communication was really good. The hand off was also very simple and straightforward. I was able to drive away in my new car with a few signatures, and some explaining of all the features. More
