This dealership has SOUL! I knew I wanted a Kia Soul. I love the look of the vehicle, it fit my personality. Buying a car is a big deal, so I asked around. One of my colleagues had bought their Soul from 427 Kia, so I decided to stop in. I really wasn't planning on buying the car that same day, but when sales guy Rocky met me at the door, took me for a test drive and priced the vehicle out, I was sold. However, there was one wrinkle. I didn't like the colour - I bought the Carribean blue, but REALLLY wanted a red Soul. A few days later, I returned and begged Rocky and the sales manager to do what they could to get me the car I wanted - and they did. A day later, I drove off in my inferno red 2016 Kia Soul. I couldn't be happier. Rocky and his team really went above and beyond to ensure I would be happy. Thank you Rocky. It really was your personality and knowledge of the Kia product that sold me this vehicle on the spot. More

I live about 2 hours north of the dealership, so we exchanged many emails before making the decision to drive all the way down. Eric was great about keeping in touch but never became pushy like some other salesman I have dealt with. My previous car buy experience (different dealer, different make) was awful and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was honest and friendly. I would highly recommend Eric and will definitely talk to him when it comes time to buy my next vehicle. More

Great buying experience I wanted to buy a new car and was looking for a few options. I had visited other dealerships and ended up at qew kia for a test drive for rio 5. I had my budget in mind and all the features I wanted. When I walked in, i was greeted by Rocky with a great smile. He was very helpful with everything from test drive to delivery of my new rio. Amit, the general manager did make sure that he looked into every possible option to get me something within my budget that had all the features I wanted. I was thinking of getting a 2016 model but with his help I got a 2017 model. Which was even better than expected. Thank you Rocky and Amit. Oya More

He wanted to make it as difficult as possible so we wouldn't be able to take it to a licensed mechanic. What a xxxxxx!! Beware. More
Nightmare I purchased a used car from rocky in the past and it was the worst experience I've ever had I was brand new to canada and trusted him and his word. He fed me with lies about typical car prices for the types of cars I was looking at but I believed him. He convinced me that the used car I was planning to buy was solid and he personally knew the previous owner. With quite some resistance i allowed him to convince me to buy "as is" and he guaranteed me there would be no repairs on the initial safety check. When I asked about getting a safety check done previous to purchase, I was told that very few places would do one and I should take this deal I spent half the price of the car just to get it on the road. It literally put me on the breadline for months just to get it paid off. When I called him shocked with what had happened he just said "well, what do you expect from me?" My choice came down to either continue to service my aging vehicle or to bite the bullet and go for a new one. I dropped into 427 QEW KIA with a price range in mind, beyond which I was going to keep my old car a while longer. Rocky Jeyam greeted me and I conveyed my situation to him. He had two vehicles in stock that met my requirements. As a retired salesman, I decided to go for it rather than lose it and risk that it might take a long time to encounter similar circumstances. Rocky's manager, Lindon King, went over various financing scenarios with me, and he spent as much time crunching those numbers as I needed. Hence I was able to make an informed decision and I felt that I was being treated fairly. Lastly, later that day I received an email from the dealership wishing my a Happy (upcoming) Birthday. I can honestly say that I am glad our paths crossed. More

I had spent over a week looking at Kia Soul EX+..... Then came across Rocky's add for vehicles. No fuss, no hidden cost, everything all included. Call my local dealers to see if they could compare and save me a drive from Ottawa to Toronto. Only one dealer tried. But could not come close. It was worth the Drive to QEW 427 Kia just to save close to $1500. So Now I am a proud owner of a Caribbean Blue Soul EX+ We showed up for 11 AM Saturday and was out of their by noon and on my way home. Rocky Thank you again, you came through when other dealers couldn't even think or understand how your dealership could give these great price's. Maybe it's time to give lesson's to some of the other dealership so they keep the business close to home. Buying a vehicle was one of my least favourite endeavours no matter how "prepared" I thought I was. Rocky made the experience simple and stress free. This time around I mentioned to him at one of my service appointments I might be in the market for a pre owned vehicle and would he keep an eye out. He came through with a great KIA Rondo that fit our needs perfectly. He and Lindon King spent time putting together a great deal that also included some lovely extras. I can't say enough about Rocky and his ability to make a customer comfortable in a car showroom. Thanks again! More
