I purchased a Kia Rio 5 about 2 months ago and absolutely love it! I have been super busy and haven’t had time to write you, but I really have to tell you that my salesman, Rocky, was just amazing. I walked into the dealership not really knowing anything about purchasing a car and within 5 minutes, I was test driving the car I wanted. He was friendly, accommodating and all around just a great person. He answered all of my questions and more and really taught me all about the car buying experience. He worked hard to get me exactly what i wanted and boy did he deliver. The best thing is he didn’t make me feel pressured to do anything i didn’t feel comfortable with...and that is all i could ask for when purchasing my first car. Thanks Rocky! More
This dealership is horrible with communication, following up and organization. We went in to purchase a 2012 Kia Rio (through carcostcanada). The process was not easy and involved us calling in several times for updates; they did not call us until we called them. Andrew, our sales rep was not knowledgeable at all. He had to have Amit answer most of our questions. We were told that the car we wanted was at their main compound and after a few days passed we called in and found out that it was shipped to Ottawa. We ended up getting the car a week later, however it had over 500km on it. The day of the pickup took what seemed like hours, waiting around for Andrew who didn’t know what was going on. We had to remind him we still owed money for the remainder of the deposit; very disorganized. After the paperwork was finally complete (up until this point we had not signed anything and the car had been plated and financing was arranged), we got the car. At this point despite the disorganization and lack of communication getting the 2012 Rio wasn't really that bad in comparison to the other arrangement we had going on in parallel. We went through the dealership to transfer our old car (also a Rio) to a family member; the entire process was extremely difficult. They were to arrange financing, perform a safety and transfer the existing plates to the family member. Seems simple however…… Communication again was horrible. The family member had to frequently call in to find out what was going on. They ordered new plates instead of transferring the existing ones. They performed the safety and the service department decided (without calling or getting authorization) to machine the brakes, perform an oil change, replace the front windshield (small stone chip on passenger side not in area swept by driver’s wiper blade; replacement was not required for safety certificate), run cleaner through the engine, the list goes on. On top of that they charged $100 to clean the car which had been detailed prior to bringing it in. The only time we found out any of this was done was when the family member went in to pick up the car. We were expecting an $84 charge for the safety not an amount 10 times that for “general service” that was never agreed upon. Any anomalies that they found should have generated a phone call. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If anything get your quote from them and go somewhere else. Based on nickfar's review of their service department and from all the unnecessary work they did to our old car, I wouldn't recommend you take your car here for that either. They clearly do not care about the customer and their communication has a lot to be desired. More

I went on January 3,2011 which I knew to be their last fiscal day of the year and negotiated a great deal on a Sedona. As of May 2012 I was/am extremely happy with the Sedona and needed another vehicle so I got a quote from carcostcanada.com on a 2012 Kia Forte and went back to QEW Kia and worked out a deal same day in May of 2012. These guys are happy to deal with you off of the carcostcanada price. Also had a guy ding my rear bumper and they did a fine job of repairing and colour matching. More

I really enjoyed my pre-owned purchasing experience at 427 KEW Kia. It was a simple, pressure-free, no-hassle process! Eric was wonderful! He is very nice, honest, and extremely helpful! I went to this dealership to find a used car and the service was great! I was not presurred, forced or intimidated to get a car. I told them what I was looking for and my budget and they found just what service was great! I was not presurred, forced or intimidated to get a car. I told them what I was looking for and my budget and they found just what I needed ! Nav is very "down-to-earth", friendly, funny and extremely helpful. Eric is nice, easy to talk to and knows what he is talking about. The other salesmen/associates there are also great. I highly recommend this place because they are very understanding and not intimidating. Other places I went to were awful! They wanted me to finance, lease, etc when that was not what I wanted to do. In conclusion the 427/QEW Kia is a great place to look car a new or used car because the customer service is great. More
Brought the vehicle in due to a recall issued by Kia to upgrade software for passenger side airbag on 2008 Sorento. Service guy took the car in, told me to come back in an hour. Upon my return nothing have been done to a car and I've been told that their scanner blew up and they can not complete the repair. Trying to be reasonable (I am not sure how rare are these scanners) I offered to come back in a week or even two so they can complete the upgrade, but I was very surprised to hear that they will not service my car not in a week and not even in two... Basically I was told to try my luck at the different dealership. We own 4 cars of 3 different manufacturers right now and I almost started to expect a follow up call after bringing cars for repairs or even an oil change. It's not a surprise that there was no follow up from this dealership. I will try my luck with a different dealership to try to repair a problem that was identified by Kia as a RECALL. Go figure. More
I just returned from this dealership with a very bad taste in my mouth. We just had a baby, so we didn't want to do much running around. I spoke with Eric on the phone a few times to work out all the dealings and details in advance to make sure that our visit was not a waste of time. It ended up being a HUGE waste of energy and time. At first the sales manager was vague and all that was mentioned was he would get us closer to the price that we could afford to pay. I was assured that the price would be close to 17,200.00 for a kia soul, which is a good deal, although I had also found 2 others for less, but decided to look at the vehicle as it was in the colour that I wanted and I was assured it was in great condition. Eric himself was very friendly, however the management was very rude and aggressive. The vehicle, ended up being quite scuffed up with even chips to the windshield. I decided that in the condition the vehicle was in, I wouldn't move past my $17,400.00 budget. I put in an offer, had the money in hand to purchase the vehicle and the management would not budge for $100. We discussed the difference in price and the dealership made such a big deal about the $100 difference, showing absolutely no willingness to earn our business or work out a deal closer to a price I was assured in order to pack up my 3 week old baby and make the trek to the dealership. So basically we were lied to in order to get us into the dealership, and once there, were only treated nicely by our sales guy Eric who also seemed a little disappointed and perplexed as to why the management were being so rude and un-negotiable. I felt bad for him, as he seemed like a nice honest guy who was working for a bunch of irrational hustling managers. all in all, the dealership was filthy, and felt quite sleazy, the washroom was a disgrace, I just couldn't bring myself to give them my business the thought of even coughing up the extra $100 made my stomach turn. We left and I ended up buying a lovely Kia soul in mint condition with 9000kms less in Guelph for less money, In a great professional, friendly and "cleaner" dealership. More

I bought a car from these guys over a year ago and continue to receive friendly excellent service. I was looking to buy a new car and test drove the Soul only to try it out but it wasn't a serious continue to receive friendly excellent service.
