I went to QEW/427 Kia to lease a new Rio 5 LX. After living in Toronto for 12 years and never owning a car I was quite nervous about this purchase. Nav exceeded all expectations. In July of 2011 I purchased a used vehicle from 427/Kia. The engine light came on within the first few weeks. I notified the dealer promptly, who had a diagnostic completed: the Catalytic converter needed t The engine light came on within the first few weeks. I notified the dealer promptly, who had a diagnostic completed: the Catalytic converter needed to be replaced. KIA stated, it was unnecessary and instead sent the vehicle to a muffler shop. This was a band-aid solution since 4 short months after, my engine light returned, the diagnostic; the catalytic converter needed replacing. Basically, the dealer knew of the issue but failed do the work properly. Sadly it does not end there. Further to my dealings with KIA back in February, 2012, where they agreed to replace the part that my car required to run properly, I am now left without a car. Myself & my two young children were stranded 2 hours away from home thanks to the poor workmanship and the incorrect parts used by KIA. I have had the car checked by 2 mechanics including the insurance adjuster and they are all in agreement that the part used was incompatible and also installed incorrectly causing my car to set fire while on the highway endangering not only myself but my families lives. Kia thus far are not surprisingly interested in my calls or emails. More

Took a bit longer than I had hoped to get the car but, understand there was a shortage of cars. A great experience and definitely recommend Rob & 427 QEW KIA! More
When buying my new Kia optima the dealership was great. Rob seemed to do everything he could to make the purchase as fare and easy as possible. 3 months after I received my Kia I was hit from behind. The treatment I received from the service department and even Rob was amazing they got me my car back in no time and Rob still call once in awhile to just see how everything is. We were in the market for a 2012 Sedona, had visited another Kia dealership was not happy with the sales person, so contacted the Manager at 427QEW - Amit by email, he responded back to me immediately. another Kia dealership was not happy with the sales person, so contacted the Manager at 427QEW - Amit by email, he responded back to me immediately. We set up an appointment to come in, Amit introduced us to his sales person Nav Gill and the process began. We had done our home work, knew what we wanted, Nav was very respectful of this, did not try any "car salesmen" tactics on us, which I greatly appreciated. The negotiation process was quick and smooth, they had done their research on the value of our trade in, everyone left the table satisfied with the deal. Our choice of colour was specific, not offering any alternative, which I believe was tough on them, it took them a few days, but they came through for us, found us the colour we wanted. We just took delivery of our shiny new black Kia Sedona yesterday, great vehicle, great delivery, great salesman. Ask anyone what the worst part of buying a new vehicle is and they will tell you it is dealing with the salesman, but let me tell you if you want at different, relaxed, dare I say enjoyable experience call Nav at 427QEW... great guy.. We will be back !!! More

He was straightforward, pleasant and passionate about giving us the best deal possible. I had done my homework and knew I was getting a great deal. He also went out of his way to offer a generous amount for our trade in, even though I was planning to sell privately. We had the model and colour within a couple of days, and are extremely happy with our purchase. I am not a fan of the car buying process; however, this truly was a stress free and pleasant experience. Thanks Rocky! More

Nav almost never called me throughout the whole process (not finished yet) of almost 2 weeks , I was the person to call and ask him for an update, and I mostly were given some run around like I’m some kid of the street. He made me feel like he is doing me a favor selling me a car. After almost 2 weeks I got very fed up with the process, and I called KIA Canada to file the complaint against the whole treatment, and process.... I told them that I do not want to deal with this guy for the reasons I mentioned before.....and what happened.... the guy calls me and screams to my ear. I can’t say that I didn’t do the same I even used few words I maybe should not. Bottom line is that I wanted to buy a car and nobody was there to sell it to me……. I’m going to deal with a different Diller hoping he will appreciate my business More
