He gave me the best deal possible as I shopped around all over Ontario and nobody could beat his price. He is very polite and well mannered! Disappointing We bought our Rogue back in March 2017 and receive good service from the Sales Department, finances team also. Unfortunately, we've been having some on-going issues with our vehicle. All repairs have been covered under warranty but I don't wish any new owner of a Nissan to come 5 times and spend more than 15 hours at the Service Center within the first 5 months of having their new car. I don't believe that is a normal standard for Nissan. Nissan Canada is not taking ownership of anything happening to our vehicle. They are telling us to deal with your dealership. After escalating this situation to the General Manager of 417 Nissan, M. Edwards told us that he appreciated our continuous business and he understand where Nissan Canada comes from. Our small family of 4 don't feel too comfortable as a new client of our first Nissan vehicle having experienced all this. We have not received any apologies and my small request has been replied by thanking me for this information and that support and continuous business is appreciated. More

Charging Freight Tax on a Use Car Found a Demo Rogue sl platinum reserve 2017$30 800+11.500for my trade ,the price after dealing was the same as a Nissan in Toronto,so to save a trip I Found a Demo Rogue sl platinum reserve 2017$30 800+11.500for my trade ,the price after dealing was the same as a Nissan in Toronto,so to save a trip I’m from Ottawa said will take it from 417 Nissan,when there to sign the paper the seller want to charge me Freight tax on a use car!!!’told him can’t do that and they other Nissan dealers don’t charge it on a use car but At 417 Nissan THEY DO,Be AWARE,Wright à email to the GM no one bother to send a reply. Finally very happy the deal didn’t work cause found a new one in Montreal at Albi Nissan for.$32 500 Freight incl and the give me $14 000 for my trade. Not hard to see who the thief.... Excellent experience with Bodyshop Department My 2008 Sentra (third vehicle from 417) was sadly rear ended last month in an accident. The team at 417 Nissan was very helpful and professional.
