Dealing with past dealerships and performance shops in the past have instilled a predisposed stereotype within myself. "Don't trust anyone", but like I said dealing with particular gentleman and being exposed to his professionalism has brought my guard down. I will continue to do business with this parts department. We have always been a Chevy family. We went to 401 Dixie Kia to compare the features in the Kia against the Chevy that we were going to buy. I drove by the complex on a Sunday and Kia was the only dealershiop open of the entire complex of dealerships. I walked in, and was met by two associates. I can honestly say, this has been the best experience. The sales person LISTENED to me as to what I wanted and did not want. This is a rare feature for a car sales person. Upon pick up of my vehicle, he went thru the entire vehicle with me and set up as much as possible making my transition to the new vehicle from the old, enjoyable for the first time ever.
