Since buying my car in 2010 the prices keep going up. Today I paid double for tire changing, I used to pay $19.99 and was told the price changed in May. I had previous bills with me to show Paul that was what I had always paid (he didn't even want to see them) and I was told by him that I am LUCKY as they were charging $50.00 but now it's down to $40.00. I cannot afford to go there anymore! Don't like the excuses as well. Oil filter changes have increased since buying my car in 2010 from $29.95 to $34.95 in 2012 and then last summer (2013) it was it changed to $39.95 even though I pointed out that in the Service Menu flyer/brochure on the counter still said $34.95! I was told by Paul (last August when this happened) that this is the new price and the Service Menu didn't matter. I bought my car there under different owners, but since then I am finding that I am usually leaving there frustrated when I leave. I have complained and brought my issues to the attention with the owner but now I have had enough, not anymore, I won't be back! While I do understand that there are new owners, I don't think it is right that old promises from when I bought my car won't be kept. For me that was buffing scuffs (because I paid extra for the clear coating on my car) and car washes (this time I was told no car wash as they were too busy, last time in Aug. they didn't do it and I said I would wait unti they did), my 10% discount card is no longer valid as well, hence I am paying more right off from the start on services with no discounts. I will say this, I am very happy with my Kia Forte. More

I bought a vehicle previously from this dealer and had a great experience. When I was called to come take a look at a newer option. I was welcomed with a warm and friendly service. The employees were very welcoming with big smiles and were attentive. My sales rep made the experience smooth, easy and not so over whelming. Answering any questions that I had, seemed to not be a problem or annoying. The experience that I had there and the concern that they showed made my car buying experience great and I will definitely pass on the dealers name. More

Never been lied to so much in my life. They lied even about things that are easily verifiable, like the warranty expiry date. We were treated like we were born yesterday. We've had used car buying experiences before, but this was just the next level. When we looked at the car the first time it was practically brand new, absolutely spotless. They were supposed to do a couple of things to it. One week later we were told to come pick it up and that everything was ready. When we showed up, it turned out that NOTHING we agreed to was done. They were just pulling a fast one on us. Thank god we had everything written on the bill of sale. So we refused to pick it up till they actually did everything they promised. Took them another week to do it. They still didn't do everything as promised, just the bare minimum that we could hold them to, based on the ambiguous writing on the bill of sale. We picked up the car, because we couldn't wait any longer, and were absolutely sick of the lies. We were reasonably happy, since the car itself was really good. That was too good to be true. After checking the car in a better light within 15 minutes of driving away, we noticed that our previously spotless car now had a nice 2 inch paint scuff on the rear bumper. They dinged it!!! Obviously they would never admit to it. Talking about adding an insult to the injury. Would never recommend to anyone going there. If you do, don't believe a word they say, get everything in writing, and quadruple check everything before giving them any money. More

It was clear his priority was to help me to find just the right car for me. He explained everything about the price and sales process upfront. When I returned, to pick up the car, I only had a specific amount of time in my schedule and they were mindful of that. They told me ahead of time how long I should expect to be there, and that was exactly how long I was there before I drove away as a happy new Kia owner. I've never before had such a good experience buying a car! I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for a new vehicle pay them a visit. More
