I told both of them I wasn't easy to deal with and would know what I wanted once I saw it. Both of them had me laughing the whole enitre time we were looking. Robert made it easy and stress free when it came time to signing (my life away) for financing, Marcus was patient with the test drives and even picked me up at the rental place the day I got my 2013 KIA Rio.
