An all around great dealership! I bought a used Sonata 2.0T from this dealership. It drives amazing and really fun. They have an excellent service team, they fixed any minor concern I had with the car right away. Very polite and honest dealership in my opinion. My Sonata was fairly priced as well. Other than taking great care of my car, what I noticed most about this dealership is that they really care about their customers, and work hard to fix any concerns. I've dealt with a couple dealerships before, this is probably the best one I've been too. Definitely going to fix my car here from now on. Erick was the sales associate that helped me out, very honest and a great sales person to deal with. Had a solution for any concerns I brought up, as well as being very patient. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Excellent Dealership This is the second car we have bought from 401 Dixie Hyundai. Because of the great service the first time, they were the first dealership we called when we decided to buy a second car. Maria Merida was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She was always there to answer any questions we had and got us a very good price on the particular car we wanted. Erick was also a pleasure to deal with, he fully explained every feature of the car (and there were quite a few!) with great patience. He went so far as to set up all the features for us and reviewed them all prior to us leaving the lot. And one more employee that needs mentioning is the sales manager Johnson Li who went the extra mile to make sure were happy and satisfied customers. We highly recommend 401 Dixie Hyundai and their staff. More
Oil Change that took over 2 hours I waited about an hour and half to get an oil change done. Other people came in and went out being serviced while I patiently waited. Finally, I got fed up and approached my service advisor. While staring at his computer screen he said to me "I am waiting on parts". I asked "Why?" to which he replied that my rear brakes need to be changed. After that he took me to the back to show me my car which had its wheels on the floor and was jacked up in the air. I came in for an oil change. I was kept in the dark about everything. I asked about the condition of the brakes to which the advisor replied with a question about the milage of the vehicle. He is fully aware of the milage. His attitude towards me was absolutely unnecessary. He kept saying that "the rear brakes on these vehicles wear out faster", which to me sounds like a defect rather than something I am responsible for. Once we got back to the service desk he told me it will cost $600 dollars to replace both rear discs and pads. I told him that price is ridiculous and that I do not have that kind of money. I told him I would like to pay for the oil change and get my vehicle back. I had to wait another 45mins on top of the 1.5hrs I already waited to get my vehicle back. During the last 45mins I was yet again kept in the dark as to what is going on with my vehicle. Finally, the advisor showed up letting me know he is ready. I am appalled by the service of this dealership and its negligent staff and management. This is the second I am treated this poorly. The previous scenario led to me being sent out with a bent wheel and a misaligned vehicle. I will not set foot in your dealership ever again. More
