Awesome! I wouod take this opportunity to thank Chayanne and Devanne for helping me out and answering all the questions i had. They were very helpful and also accomadated me even though i did not have an appointment, as compared to my regular dealership (Atrell) who always have a excuse and never willing to accomadate. Me and my family own 4 Hyundai vehicles, all bought from the same dealership. My experience with the service team at Atrell have been on and off. They are good sometimes but not upto caliber, even though i share a very good rapprt with them. I for the last few services, went to local shops (Canadian tire) as they always accomadated. I made the right decision in walking into 401 dixie Hyundai and the experience today would make me come back to the dealership and i dont need to go anywhwere else. I Would also like to mention the technicians name, Sunil, who took time to answer my concerns and cleared a few misconceptions i had and i was very satisfied. A customer would never remember how a service advisor looked or the clothes they qor, but would always remember the way he was made to feel. Other brands and SUV models were considered, but what made me focus on Hyundai again were the previous good experiences during recalls. After a decision made, I came to 401xDixie Hyundai and met Trevor. He helped me to finalize my decision about the Santa Fé 2017 with his full attention showing me details in logic order during the negotiation. He demonstrated acknowledgments about the product. Poor Service Rather that writing a review comment I would like to write down a few experiences I have from this dealership: 1- One month old brand new car (sona Rather that writing a review comment I would like to write down a few experiences I have from this dealership: 1- One month old brand new car (sonata) exhaust rim paint starts peeling off. It takes them 8 months to call me for replacement. They replace the wrong side and another 2 weeks for the left side. The left side was replaced by a used part and they admit its from a demo car. 2- I leave the vehicle for interior detailing and when I pick it up my sunshade, all candies and gums and even wheels lock is not there. They apologize and ask me to go pick them up. 3- (which made me change to another location eventually) I called to book a service appointment (they used to call me for the first year and not anymore) and they mentioned 48,000 km service would cost me $780. I ask for details of this pricey service and they refer me to their website. On their website it is noted as $320 and I book it for Monday July 24. They call on Saturday to remind me and I confirm the cost of $320 when service advisor, Mitch says no, that is wrong on the website and it should be $780. He asks me to give him 10 minutes to fix the error. I check with other Hyundai dealers and the most expensive for the same mileage with identical details is $390. These people are just rip off! They apologized once and asked me to remove my negative feedback but enough is enough. The cost associated was very reasonably, thanks to the extra efforts taken by Devanne to ensure that. Great experience and friendly staff I initially went to the Brampton dealership and they weren't able to give me any deal nor would they try and get me the car in the colour I wanted. So I went into the 401 dixie dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. Erick provided me with a really great deal, they didn't have the colour I wanted so he called around and he was able to get me the car in blue in just two days! I didn't expect to be able to drive it only two days after purchasing it. Amazing service! The experience was so great that I referred my friend to buy a new car as well and Erick was able to give him the same deal. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends. More

We had been looking for a used Hyundai Elantra for a while at var My Husband and I were referred to Violet Johnson at 401 Dixie Hyundai from a friend. We had been looking for a used Hyundai Elantra for a while at various places and autotrader.ca. Our friend said to call up Violet and go check out what 401 Dixie Hyundai had to offer. Violet showed us around five cars within our price range, and with very low mileage. Violet was great to talk to, very relaxed and also very knowledgable. When you're making a massive purchase, you want someone to be relaxing and keep the buying process fun. Coming from a sales background myself I loved that she had this trait, and we would recommend her to anyone buying a new or used car. Violet was also very personable and did not try to force a sale just for the sake of making a sale. She was very patient, and was intent on making sure that we were certain of the car we wanted to purchase, which for a young couple on a budget purchasing our first vehicle, we really appreciated. Violet was absolutely professional from start to finish. We did feel a little stress and pressure when talking to the financing department as we were writing up the official contract, but to an experienced car buyer you may be better equipped with these areas of the sale. Everything was overall excellent, a very easy and smooth process. More
