Smooth transition from initial visit, to negotiating price, to seeing another person for financing & the final day of car pick up. Drawback is that had to wait for over an hour even with an appointment on my return visit to purchase a vehicle. Almost an hour and a half. Wish the price was negotiated down further. Didnt get much off of the retail price. More

Within a 5 minute conversation, I realized she is nothing short of an amazing individual.
