He’s knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, very professional and friendly at the same time. He was also my excellent service advisor last April(this year). Again I'm left disappointed more and more I'm regretting buying hyundai. I'm suppose to have 3 yrs maintenance free but not the case so there's a limit to how many tire swaps u can have 3 yrs i regretting buying hyundai.
