Jordyn Campbell was my service advisor as my vehicle was due for servicing. From the moment, I pulled my vehicle into the service bay and got out to meet Jordyn it was an absolute pleasure. She quickly booked me in for my scheduled time at 8 AM went through all the paperwork had me sign off and then ensure that my time would be nothing but satisfaction. She offered me the coffee and showed me where it was, made me feel welcome and then showed me where the waiting room was. I received regular updates on my vehicle status and before you know it was done fantastic. All service was completed and nothing was missed. The vehicle was returned to me within the hour which I was really pleased and it was cleaned and ready for me just to review the paperwork status and receive my receipt for the work done. Jordyn I really mean this. It was an absolute pleasure with your professional customer service level. It will definitely bring me back to the dealership and I will discuss with my friends and family to on how good my visit was. You deserve a 10 out of 10 and the service department as well. Got my santafe2023 serviced here & had previously used their service center for elantra as well. They are super fast, helpful & efficient.
