Frustrated with the game playing done between salesperson and manager after being VERY CLEAR I didn’t want to do that Forced to take “optional” safeguard package , not sure what makes it optional ?? Away) and got a call saying winter tires were located. Overall the process was TIRING AND FRUSTRATING. If sales people have absolutely NO ability to barter then just have the managers deal directly with customers. Why am I giving some % of commission so someone who basically did nothing. Detailing was supposedly done on the vehicle and was NOT done well. Love Burlington Hyundai experiences and should have bought there. More
