The car was taken in right away and the problem was resolved very quickly. It was explained to me that they were only frozen. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends an family. More
Unbelievable Experience! This is our 1st time in over 10 years shopping for a new vehicle and from the get-go we had the most fabulous experience. We walked onto the lot and Maria O. came out and greeted us and she knew right away what we were looking for. We have been debating for 2 years as to what to buy and have been sort of looking but the experience that we had and the connection we had right away with Maria and Mark, the manager provided for us was outstanding. They treated us like family, came to us with an offer that we could not refuse and within a day we decided, these were the people that we would do business with, we did not need to look elsewhere. Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable and actually taking us out right away for a road test, I don't think I have walked onto a car lot where they are willing and able to take you out right away without any questions. You guys are the best! More
Excellent Customer Service (even after the sale). My buying experience of a used 2014 Kia Rondo with Kang Wei at 401/Dixie Hyundai is excellent. I have to admit that the fact both of us are immigrants My buying experience of a used 2014 Kia Rondo with Kang Wei at 401/Dixie Hyundai is excellent. I have to admit that the fact both of us are immigrants from Taiwan makes our communication easier and smooth, but it is his friendliness, and being straightforward with customers, and most importantly, great customer services that made me want to spend my time to write this review. Long story short....after a week of driving the car, I've noticed a crack on the front grill and that part of the left side front bumper was actually loosely secured. In my mind, I was worried, because these problems are something I overlooked during my inspection when I went to pick up my car. After getting in touch with Keng, he immediately asked me to bring back the car, so the dealership will take care of it. Once I brought my car back, after a quick inspection by Keng and his manger and the bodyshop technician, Keng and his manger Greg easily agreed to look after it by placing a new order of the part and replacing the front grill. I know it is a bit of hassle for me to bring my car back another time to get it repaired, but I'm sure there would be other dealerships out there that will not keep their promises of looking after the car had problems arisen once the sale is over. I'm truly glad that I don't need to get into any argument with anyone to get my newly-purchased used vehicle fixed. As for my wife, she likes that there is a diaper change station inside the washroom which comes handy when we need to change the diaper for our baby. So again, I will not hesitate to recommend my friends about 401 Dixie Hyundai and that Keng kept his promise that he will take care of the problems reasonably even after the sale is over. Victor More

Jody Clarke and a recent addition - Mitch Harvie could easily teach so many other service facilities the meaning and practice of Customer Service, Experience, and Quality Diagnosis and Quality Workmanship. :))) This comes with this service dept. being the only ones to service my TWO (2) XG300 2001 -- now humming and running like they did when new in 2001 (now FOURTEEN YEARS OLD). They diagnosed the problems quickly and efficiently, gave a very accurate estimate ( within 1.7% of actual final invoice!! ) The car was ready when promised and the shuttle service took me home and picked me up six hours later :)) And also, both cars have passed SIX DRIVE CLEAN emission tests in 2004/6/8/10/12/14 :))) WOW, try and beat that record !! I love my Hyundai XG300's and Jody Clarke's awesome team has allowed me to continue to enjoy the best cars I have ever owned and for the longest ownership time-frame. Finally, congratulations to Hyundai for providing me with what I consider to be some of the best cars on the road to-day. More

Great Sales Staff, Not So Great Service Department Dealing with the sales staff, was great. Maria, Alejandra and Greg were very professional in making the vehicle sale. The Service Department however was completely the opposite. Work order prior to pick up was not completed by the time of pick up. Inaccurate information regarding winter tire/rim size was provided which opened a all new can of worms such as having to purchase an all new set of tires and rims (at an alternate establishment) but only to have the locknut key not left where it was supposed to be in the vehicle without any warning that the locknut key was somewhere else other than the glove compartment. I was not aware of this until I was at the alternate establishment waiting to get my new tires and rims installed. The installers managed to install the new tires and rims however in doing so, compromised the locknuts where they were no longer useable. I now have a brand new car without locknuts. All details surrounding the winter tire/rim size are in a direct email to Drew Fraser. I would recommend this dealership for the sales staff alone, but I would say since service is a longer term commitment, I would not recommend this dealership for service. More
