just like family i came in with my 2 kids looking for a car to replace our honda civic after it had been broken into. as soon as i opened the doors, i was greeted warm i came in with my 2 kids looking for a car to replace our honda civic after it had been broken into. as soon as i opened the doors, i was greeted warmly and introduced to kang wei, who would help us into our santa fe, seamlessly! the team made sure my kids were comfy, they lent them toys, played with them and helped me get them in and out of the car. its a big deal to me that my kids aren't treated as a nuisance, anywhere i go! and the way they moved us from the civic to the santa fe was just easy. no stress. :) More

Professional service I went with my husband & my kids to buy a new car & from the second we entered the store we were greated with warm welcome from Kang then when we want I went with my husband & my kids to buy a new car & from the second we entered the store we were greated with warm welcome from Kang then when we wanted more info Drew came & help us too. Never been treated better by a salesman! To be honest, I walked into the dealership expecting to be bombarded with sales people trying to get my business. I wanted into this experience expecting that I would not be listened to and that a "quicksale" was what the sales people were looking do. I was wrong. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I went to other Hyundai dealerships but really, NEVER received the customer service and care that I did at this dealership. Honorable mentions.... the sales manager Darryl. What a caring man who listens, tries to meet your needs and help you with such a great purchase. Very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are A+++ Neil- What a gentle and understanding person. He was a walking car manual and was amazing at understanding exactly what I needed.
