We've gone to a few dealerships recently and I can't say enough good things about Neil and Greg at Hyundai. They stand apart from the rest and left a great impression.They were informative and very professional. They answered all of our questions and gave us other considerations we had not yet thought of. We are in early stages of car shopping and they spent quality time to insure they understood our needs and interests. They stayed long after closing and did not seem anxious or force sales. I would highly recommend visiting and speaking with NEIL SUNGA AND OR GREG KLEPACZ. We looked at a Sonata and a Tuscon. THANK YOU!! :) Andrea and Nowras :) More

Very personalized service. We did not that a lot of search for our new car. We had a conversation, and from there..( he was really kind and professional) he referred to Maria O. Ohh surprise, she speaks our same language ...Sat down with her, and she explored our needs...she was really good in getting more information from us.....Then we had to deal with Darryl, who was very empathetic with us...Then , Ben , who was very detailed and thorough gave us all the financial information. We were really suprised to see that same night, we bought our new car!. Extremely happy with the service and the team work they have. More

Warranty Denied I have a 2013 Santa fe with 40,000km went in with an engine problem and was told 30 days later that my maintenance records were not valid because I di I have a 2013 Santa fe with 40,000km went in with an engine problem and was told 30 days later that my maintenance records were not valid because I did not change the oil with them. They now want me to pay to put the engine back together. it took them one month to diagnose the issue and in the end i was told its engine sludge. Im not sure what or how the diagnostic procedure is but did they have to take the engine apart to find out it was sludge as they claim. This is obviously a scam and the public should be aware. More

BUYING 2016 HYUNDAI ELANDRA SE MODEL FRIDAY SEP3-2015 I had been looking for 2016 elantra se sparkle colour but nobody had the closest delaer that could match the price and who had inventory was in st cat I had been looking for 2016 elantra se sparkle colour but nobody had the closest delaer that could match the price and who had inventory was in st catherines but that was too far so i called dixie hyundai and talked to sales manager Jordan. He was very nice and helpful and said he will be willing to match the price since he had 1 car left in inventory we made the deal over the phone and I gave him 1500$ deposit using my credit card .Sales manager was very knowledable faxed me the paperwork with 15 minutes the deal was done within 45 minutes amazing !!and I was suppossed to pick up the car on sat apr 4TH. my expectations were very low wasnt expecting the car to be ready. Upon arrival at the dealership I was very suprised at the welcome I received not only from the sales manager JORDAN but all the staff at the delaership were very nice and helpful to the point that I felt like I want to stay longer at that dealership !!! normally I want to run away fro the dealer, to my suprise my car was ready and fully detailed even the gas tank was full .. I would recomend this dealership to everybody I think that the manager Jordan is vey pleasant and helpful and extremely knowledable he has also trained his staff really well the entire staff are very nice helpful and I think this is how a dealership should be you go there but you dont want to leave amazing.. Overall very satisfied with the whole experience and give this delaership very high ranking they know how to deal and treat the customers and they understand their needs. Ray More
