There were a couple of small glitches but overall, we got a great car the day of the tournament thanks to the GM Wayne Carter and on the day we picked the car up, his manager Craig Taylor was wonderful and helped us through with getting the keys and when we returned the car he was most helpful and made us feel like we were important to the company. A great experience and Waynes help in getting the car was greatly appreciated. We bought our last car at Budds in 2013 and we had an amazing experience then as well. Its a great company!! We were impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the positive, friendly and comfortable environment within the dealership. Henry was extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I in finding a vehicle that fit our needs. He helped us pick out the Sonic which was the perfect car for what we were looking for. Henry and Basil both worked together to ensure the delivery of our new Sonic went very smooth. Rob Powell helped us in financing for the vehicle and allowed us to look at any extra add ons for the car. Each staff member worked together to ensure things worked out perfectly. Great Experience!! Its always a pleasure dealing with the Budds Group. This is the fourth vehicle purchased through me (for myself, friends and family) in a year. Had my eyes on a Caddillac DTS. Was overjoye Budds Group. This is the fourth vehicle purchased through me (for myself, friends and family) in a year. Had my eyes on a Caddillac DTS. Was overjoyed when I saw it listed at Budds . Right away I called my good friend Gregg Crealock from Budds BMW (who is awesome too). He instantly put me in touch with Wayne Carter who in turn got Bill Coombe to take care of me. Bill was awesome!!! WHAT A GREAT GUY!!! We hit it off instantly!! He went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure that I was completely satisfied. All my demands were taken care of and all my questions answered. Long story short, in 2 days I have a pristine Caddillac in my driveway! Bill made it look so simple. He even drove down personally for the delivery and programed the garage door openers and paired my phones with the car besides answering all my questions with the navigation etc......THANKS BILL!!...YOU ARE AWESOME!!! I am a Budds customer for life!! More
