Val put up with us well over a year as we evaluated Charles Glenn products alongside a half dozen products or other dealers. Each and every time Val warmly greeted us (along with a fresh baked cookies) Some of the models we were interested in included the Crown Signia, the Highlander finally we decided on a Rav4 Limited hybrid which had to be ordered. When it finally arrived Val showed it to us even though the pre-sale check was not quite completed, and after a short test drive we decided to completed the purchase. Val guided us through all the purchasing steps making it a simple seamless process (despite suffering a twisted ankle) For that we are truly grateful. She continued on with initial fallow-ups, and assuring and encouraging us to pop in any time we might have any questions or need assistance with anything . More

Val rekindled our interest in the Toyota brand, initially describing the new Crown Signia, which we decided wasn't quite suitable. We then decided to investigate a hybrid. Val showed us a number of used Rav describing the new Crown Signia, which we decided wasn't quite suitable. We then decided to investigate a hybrid. Val showed us a number of used Rav 4s as there were no new ones available. We finally decided to put down a minimal, refundable deposit on our ideal RAV 4 Hybrid. When it finally arrived, Val enthusiastically notified us, spent extra time to show us our new potential purchase even though it had not completed the total repurchase check up. We gave our final approval to accept it and Val steered us through the necessary processes to complete our purchase. She was with us every step of the way to answer our many questions. She assisted us through the app download and connection to our phones. Val has done follow-up calls with us and has assured us that she will be available for any future queries. We have appreciated all her help and expertise and, certainly, all her delicious cookies. More

It was a pleasure working with Val for our Sienna deal. We also appreciate the dealership who offered us a vehicle in demand the pricing that's mostly around MSRP without a lot of mandatory add-ons. If you are interested in improving customer experiences, I would suggest the finance manager and other more senior manager lower the pressure to ask customers to purchase various protection plans or extended warranties. It would make customers more pleasant if you simply explain those to them and give them some time to think about it, especially if they have family members present, then take the decision the customers give without further persuasion or being visibly disappointed.
