Tony was always available to help and always ready to answer the questions with accurate information. My wife and I were both pleased on his professionalism and his knowledge. Tony took great care of our needs. He is the guy who is doing his best to make you satisfied and he takes care of everything he can for you. Definitely recommended. Though I am an engineer, he de-briefed me in simple understandable language without overwhelming me. He was polite and soft spoken and very professional. He did not push me to make a quick decision. Kristina Wong in the F&I office was just as professional. Thanks so much for an awesome buying experience. The car was also ready for my pick up at the scheduled time. Both of them took me through all the details without rushing, whatsoever. BTW, Markus Widmer has always looked after my previous two MB ... A 2003 Kompressor and a 2007 E-550....both bought privately from oakeville and Hamilton. It was Markus who prompted me to the salesman who is not here any longer. It was kind of him to forward my emails to Tony. More

We saw a great deal at the dealership's website for an almost-new C350 Coupe Tony provided us with all the info, test drive, and friendly upfront dealings. We had our current car to sell first ( or trade in ) before making the deal, but I happened to have a buyer for my car lined up already. Tony facilitated the "passthrough" trade/sale of my car and the purchase of our new Mercedes. As we live out of town, Tony was able to coordinate the paperwork trail back & forth so we could do the deal essentially "remotely". All the paperwork & requirements were completed beforehand and all parties showed up and received their respective cars. My wife is ecstatic to have her awesome C350 Coupe !
