I did not have to contact the office and inquire about a second lease. They where on the job and wanted to make sure I was happy and if I wanted to stay with the same model or make a change. Tony was exceptionally helpful and went above the level you come to expect. He worked with me and my "pickiness" to select the exact vehicle build I wanted, ordered it in and had me happily driving away with no anxiety at all.
