Recently purchased a 2023 Corolla Cross from Tony, after Whitby Toyota was recommended by a family friend based on their skilled mechanics & reliability. I recently purchased a Sienna SE 2016 van from Whitby Toyota, where my agent was Tony Khoury. I paid for the vehicle in full, but right after completing the paperwork, agent Tony denied that the vehicle Toyota, where my agent was Tony Khoury. I paid for the vehicle in full, but right after completing the paperwork, agent Tony denied that the vehicle could be returned within a month and revealed that it has not been inspected by Toyota 160 point. That was a shocking revelation, especially when they told me in my first visit. I was with my kids and family. Make sure to do your own research and don't trust their promises, as their practice seems no different from private car sales. My experience was not good, and I was deeply disappointed with their attitude and remarks. I bought a Totota Sienna in Used condition. More
