Our family owns 3 Chrysler products and have been very disappointed with our current service department. I thought I would give Scarsview a try, they were fantastic, they went above and beyond, everyone disappointed with our current service department. I was very pleasantly surprised with my dealings with Scarsview Chrysler. I have purchased my second Dodge Caravan in 2018 and was extremely happy with the good deal and no heavy handed sales pressure at Scarsview Chrysler. I live far away and got my first service there recently and was a great job. Very good rep and I met personally with the mechanic who is really a very good honest man. I had a problem yesterday where I had left the parking break on and drove causing a small fire and they fixed me up with no charge! They are trying to do a good, honest job. More

extremely poor service department I had an appointment for a software update along with 3 other recalls for april 11 My truck wouldn't start a few days prior to the 11 I called and spo I had an appointment for a software update along with 3 other recalls for april 11 My truck wouldn't start a few days prior to the 11 I called and spoke to the service person Suresh that told me he could not find the file and to have it towed in then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the receptionist I believe her name was Karen she was friendly and was able find my appoinment and then put me back to Suresh again he seemed confused about the appointment and rude he ended up telling me to take it to another dealership after the tow truck was on its way. once the tow truck got it there after telling me to get it towed the first time they told the truck driver to take it somewhare else. It was taken to Town Centre Chrysler dodge Jeep. Jim over there in service was able to take it and deal with the problem with out incidence this is the second time taking it there service here is good and done quickly. I will be getting all my service work done at Town centre Chrysler in the future More
