We made it clear from our introduction that we were only interested in a previously owned vehicle. From prior experience that would usually change the service we were going to experience. This was not the case here whatsoever. She listened to our requirements and took note. She also introduced us to her sales manager and the service manager and explained the professional service provided by Lexus of London. Within a week Stephanie had located a RX350 that fully met our expectations and beyond. My husband and I have worked in customer relations and sales all of our lives. Chris provided good advice and recommendations back in 2009, and I was very pleased with that vehicle and with all of my interactions with the dealership. When it came time to update my car this year, I simply emailed Chris and within a few emails, he gave me a number of options together with his opinion and recommendation. Within a day of researching this car, I had a very professional email from Stephanie Shearsby of Lexus of London. I met with her a few days later and made the purchase agreement that day. I don't find buying a car to be intimidating - I've bought lots of them over the years - so I tend to look for sales people who are professional, knowledgeable about their products, and time efficient. Stephanie was all of those things. She is also quite personable and pleasant to deal with, which certainly helps! The car came in about a week earlier than Stephanie and the others at the dealership expected, which was great, and it was ready on time the day I picked it up. After acquiring a 2013 Lexus RX350 17 months ago we went looking for a second SUV/Crossover. After test driving the Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Acura we concluded that the RX350 was equal or superior to the com looking for a second SUV/Crossover. After test driving the Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Acura we concluded that the RX350 was equal or superior to the competition in every respect but offered better value for the dollar. Initially we thought we would purchase the BMW, but the dealership in London treated us with such disrespect, while by contrast, all of our experiences at Lexus of London have so wonderful. As a result, we called Stephanie at Lexus and returned to purchase a 2014 RX350.....we couldn't be happier with our decision. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or the product they sell. More

I live in Toronto and was in the market for a new Lexus. Hmm... I thought - strange strategy. Soon thereafter, I got in touch with Lexus of London via e-mail and received an incredibly polite, professional and welcoming e-mail from Stephanie. Part of what she wrote included "More and more of our guests are choosing to shop on-line for their new vehicle and it is my job to make things easy.". WOW!! What a welcoming change from the Toronto "attitude". I found my entire purchase experience with Stephanie to be very professional, respectful and she even responded to me several times off hours. I would highly recommend Lexus of London to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle, even though it may be a bit out of the way for residents of Toronto. She went out of her way to find out exactly what we wanted and made sure this car was fully equipped . She even did panoramic photos to send to us . She simply stated " I didn't want you two to come all the way from Sarnia is this isn't the car you wanted ." She also met with us at times that I am sure were not convenient for her and she accommodated us with a heart warming smile . If we had a question she knew the answer or would find out - never guessing . We love our car- we are thrilled with the care that we received from Lexus and from Stephanie --we would never hesitate to recommend this dealership and STEPHANIE to our family and friends . We have had many cars in our lifetime - new and used . NEVER - EVER have we had such a very positive experience !!! We recently bought a RX350 through Lexus of London and the whole experience was excellent. Stephanie Shearsby knew her stuff inside out. She was very patient, very professional in her approach and she took extra pains to explain and reply in detail to every query that we had. She never pushed us and even when we communicated with her through e-mail, she was very prompt with her replies. A Hugh contrast compared to the other dealerships that we had visited. On the day of the delivery of the vehicle, she had meticulously gone though all the settings and primed them optimally in advance for us and then also sat with us again, for almost forty five minutes, to go through them together with us, thus saving us valuable time fumbling around and reading through the manuals. Pricing wise, the dealership offers the best prices, Stephanie negotiated an additional discount on top of the standard one that Lexus Canada offered, plus to close the deal, the dealership threw in a couple of hundred dollars extra in enhancements. No complaints there. The dealership is very professional and efficient. If you are thinking of getting a Lexus, I strongly suggest that before you make a final decision, you must visit this dealership. You will not be disappointed. Stephanie is the person to meet. More
