He gives the best deal from the start but most importantly he treats my wife, kids, and myself like family post-sales. Little things like talking to us when we come in for servicing and providing my kids with the odd perk here and there everytime they visit. Fast forward to today - 4 additional Lexus vehicles purchased here, and the family interaction has grown not only with Siddiq, but with the rest of the staff including the owner (listed below). They are always very courteous, friendly and service oriented. I can count on them to ensure I have the service performed on the vehicle that is necessary to keep it running well and always reliable. Scott Bertrand does an amazing job informing me what/why a specific service is required and expalining the purpose for the procedure. He is always very accurate with how long it is going to take so I can plan my day. I'm always impressed with his knowledge, and the humour he brings to the job. Just a great individual and Lexus should be proud to have such an individual on their service team. Sid Amalsadvala and Abdul Ramadan always makes a point of saying hello when I'm in for serivce and asking if I'm satisfied or if there is anything they can do for me. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done since we are going on a long road trip soon! Their Service Manager Sid was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us immensely. EXTRA MILE I have owned every luxury make of car. I will now only buy lexus - not for the car -but for the service I receive after buying the car. Scott and Sid I have owned every luxury make of car. I will now only buy lexus - not for the car -but for the service I receive after buying the car. Scott and Sid always provide excellent service, but with no prompting from me, they convinced head office to contribute to a very expensive replacement which was not under warranty because they felt it should not have failed. They went further and convinced the dealership to also contribute as good will. I ended up paying $900 for a $4000 repair. I have found a big difference in the service departments I have used in the past several years, including Mercedes, Jaguar, and BMW. At Erin Mills Lexus, they go the extra mile. More

Called Sid on Friday morning to accomodate my vehicle for brake replacement which usualy takes four to five hours , despite of his booked schedule Sid made sure my vehicle is worked on and delivered back to me on the same day before 5 P.M., Scott received my vehicle in a very friendly manner ,explained to me the work that needed to be done and also the charges i will be anticipating. Very happy to deal with such a professional and customer focused team. More
