No annoying sales pressure just facts, helpful communication and service. His personality and jokes made the experience enjoyable. Also, after we purchased the vehicle he dealt with issues/questions we had promptly and courteously. I think Toyota is lucky to have people like Shawn. We were also considering Hyundai, but were completely turned off right from the start with the attitude of the sales person. Hoping the great service will continue and our Venza will stand the test of time. We have only had the car a week, but we love the Venza. Drives amazing, looks amazing...its beautiful.
