My wife and I stepped into the dealership just to see what was available and what we could afford, without the intention of buying(yet). From when I entered the dealership to when I picked up my new vehicle, I was treated promptly and respectfully. I was given the opportunity to test drive the Rav4 and the 2013 Highlander. Shawn Longworth wor new vehicle, I was treated promptly and respectfully. I was given the opportunity to test drive the Rav4 and the 2013 Highlander. Shawn Longworth worked within my budget and I never felt I was being pressured, but instead given several options that suited my budget. In the end, I chose the Highlander and am very happy with my purchase and the buying experience at Toyota Town in London. Thank you! More
