We had chatted with Shawn Longworth quickly a few weeks prior to our visit, so sought him out again to talk about our options. Shawn was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and honest and upfront with us. Within a couple of hours, we had test drove the Rav 4 and the Venza, had our existing vehicle appraised and had completed the deal for our new 2014 Venza. We walked out feeling we had been treated fairly and with honesty. We picked up our vehicle last Wednesday (Mar. 26th) and Shawn had everything ready and waiting for us, so the whole transaction was finished very quickly. We love our knew Venza, thanks Shawn! More

On my first visit he carefully explained the features of the Camry and Camry Hybrid and gave me a test drive in a Hybrid XLE. I loved it and decided that a Camry Hybrid XLE was what I wanted. After exploring a number of sources as to what a good (i.e. low but fair) price I would be willing to pay. When I went back to Shawn with that price it was accepted and I had a deal. When I picked up the car after completing the paper work Shawn sat with me in the car and explained how everything worked including setting up Bluetooth to operate with my smartphone and easily answered all my questions. I was impressed and very pleased that there was a full tank of gas in the car which hasn't always been my experience in buying a new car. The fine service was much appreciated and I would recommend Shawn and ToyotaTown to all. More

I had some reservations in purchasing a 2012 Camry from a dealer 700Kms from home. The price was right and after my first call into Toyota-Town and talking with Shawn Longworth for an honest opinion of the dealer 700Kms from home. The price was right and after my first call into Toyota-Town and talking with Shawn Longworth for an honest opinion of the car's condition I put a deposit. A few emails to Adel Al Rayes in administration was all it took to setup a pickup date. Four days from initial call I flew to London and arrived at Toyota-Town at 9:25am. Shawn immediately recognized me from by faxed Drivers License photo and had everything ready including the car and plates mounted Shawn was polite & friendly and took the time to explain add-ons options and the features/knobs/switches of the car before heading back to Ottawa. By 10:00am I drove out of the dealers lot with a very satisfied and enjoyable experience. This was the best no-nonsense, honest courteous auto purchase I have had in 37years. I would buy my next car from Shawn Longworth and Toyota-Town again. Phil More

I could have financed a Corolla from another dealership in my current city, but chose ToyotaTown because of the excellent customer service and kindness that Shawn showed during my visit. More

Shawn Longworth approached with a friendly smile. We told him we are there on a fact finding mission and he answered all the questions knowing he might not see us again. After some checking around we went back to see Shawn and took the RAV4 for a test drive and needless to say today we drove back home with a 2014 RAV4, no pressure just honest answers and pleasant experience.
