They explain to you various functions inside the car, but, I still struggle. My suggestion is that customers with new car should have been given more time and opportunity to learn various functions of the car. More

Purchased a used vehicle I did some searching close to my home and decided on the RAV 4. An online search lead me to Toyotatown where I had the pleasure of working with Shawn I did some searching close to my home and decided on the RAV 4. An online search lead me to Toyotatown where I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Longworth. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, capable of informing after listening to your needs and willing to do what it takes to make sure you leave happy. He promptly replies to emails even when not at work, but does not stop his one on one with you at the dealership to answer another call. He was courteous of my time constraints and extremely flexible. I would definitely recommend visiting Shawn at Toyotatown. More
