Shawn knows his vehicles, is not pushy and answers all questions without hesitation seeking answers promptly if he is unsure of the answer. Dealing with Shawn Longworth is fun and relaxing yet professional. Many salespeople do not remember their clients shortly after the transaction but Shawn remembers me every time I am in for scheduled service/maintenance and will spend time "checking in" on how things are going with the car. Lee Kendall, the fellow I first spoke to over the phone, was also lovely and very helpful, and Nicole Levasseur talked us through all the many financial options and answered all our questions very patiently.
