Fantastic, Friendly and Fair! Detailed Review: I purchased my new Jeep Wrangler from Team Chrysler last summer. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I'm normally on edge and ready to have to get into a big back and forth battle. There was none of the usual nonsense. I got a great deal without any fuss and it was actually enjoyable! I live an hour away so I wasn't sure that I would make the trip for service and oil changes. After trying out a few other dealerships for service due to what I thought would be convenience, I quickly ran back to Team Chrysler. I just had my 50K Peace of mind service(yes, we drive the Jeep everywhere and go on fantastic adventures) and was wowed once again! After being quoted over the phone by another dealership all kinds of expensive items they said I would surely need, I quickly hung up and made an appointment with TEAM. I got my oil change, brake service and a few other regular items that were to be expected. Shane was very kind and clear about what I needed and what he recommended for the next service. Also, this is such a friendly, clean, welcoming dealership! I saw the GM George who I met when I purchased the Jeep and what a friendly, positive, great guy he is! A lovely couple has a snack shop inside where they make terrific fajitas and have an array of great food selections to make any wait very pleasant. I've never experienced this while getting my car serviced! I think we will be a two JEEP home soon and are definitely buying from TEAM CHRYSLER, as well as continuing to use their fabulous service dept.! More

Jonathan one of the mechanics went above and beyond to oil the hinges of my doors that were squeaking. Its the little things these staff members do, which shows they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. All the staff members including the shuttle drivers help to make this experience exceptional. More

Worse service I've ever had at any dealership I got a used car from them, they didnt not inspect it properly and i was having problems 5 days into getting it, let alone they did not clean it prope I got a used car from them, they didnt not inspect it properly and i was having problems 5 days into getting it, let alone they did not clean it properly.
