Extremely rude front desk person at service desk I would like to report an extremely unpleasant experience I had today at Peel Chrysler. I had bought my Dodge Journey in 2016 from Peel Chrysler and s I would like to report an extremely unpleasant experience I had today at Peel Chrysler. I had bought my Dodge Journey in 2016 from Peel Chrysler and since then had always gone to them for oil change and servicing my car even though there are many service center’s between Burlington and Mississauga, due to my earlier nice experiences but today was the last time. When I went to the desk, the person at the desk was extremely rude who made me feel that he was doing me a favor by servicing my car. After signing the work order, I soon as I came out, I remembered that the sticker on my license plate had expired and I went back to request that if he can get that put as well, for which I was disrespectfully told “ Why cant you do it yourself” and gave me a lowly look. Later when my car was ready and I saw the bill and remembered that I had a discount coupon, which I have to him, I was rudely told “You should have started with that”. When I was again reviewing the bill and asked a question, I was rudely told, “ That’s it… you have to pay now”. I was not even given a chance to understand the charges on the bill. Since I was still not convinced I had to go back and ask the other gentle man at the desk about my queries. I don’t think I deserve such a rude and disrespectful behavior from a service provider. Also I came across Consumer Protection Act’ 2002 on the bill itself which states that my bill cannot be over 10% of the estimate. Well, in my case I was given an estimate of $149 and offered a bill of $202, and after coupon discount I paid $184.97, which I guess is wrong as well. More

Not Even Buying, Was there with someone who was. Rocco is a straight shooter and a very busy man! (As He is Honest and Friendly) Gagan & Daevon were a riot to listen to the bantering bank and forth. One thing to keep in mind when attending the Dealer is HAVE TIME! they are busy.. oh and stop in the service department just to say hi .. as long as they have had their coffee.. John and Partner in crime will be happy to see you and just shoot the breeze. Remember as cheesy as it sounds "NOBODY , Beats a DEAL from PEEL" Sending Love to all for a Great Year from London -Pardy Ps, I have friends who are down in NFLD,SASK,PEI and MAN, who if they lived closer would come see Peel.
