BE CAREFUL WITH PEEL CHRYSLER! I should have listened to my gut on the first visit and just walked away. From the sales manager reneging on HIS trade in offer for my car to extra charges being added to my purchase agreement of $199 for wheel locks (on a used vehicle) and $349 for paint and windshield protection which were NEVER at any point discussed or even mentioned throughout the purchase process to the finance manager calling me "unreasonable " for refusing the extended warranty after we negotiated a deal then again going back on the deal and telling me that myself and my daughter "misunderstood the deal". It was not not complicated to understand. I was told he can take $500 off the $3500 warranty cost and in his slick fast talking salesman way he said he could give me 13 oil changes and tire rotations. My Daughter and I both heard this, but we both "misunderstood". Apparently we were told it was either the $500 off or the service package. NEVER once was OR mentioned. Only after I got home I looked over my sales agreement and noticed the full $3500 for the warranty (yes I should have read the agreement before signing). After a couple of emails and phone calls I went back to the dealer to have the warranty removed. Then after hearing numerous times "I can just see my commission dropping as we speak!" suprise suprise now I could have the overpriced warranty for the low price of $2000, I refused the warranty! Long story short, I did have them remove the wheel locks, the paint and windshield protection and the warranty after being told it was a "miscommunication ". The whole experience has left me feeling ripped off and definitely not a valued customer but more of a paycheck for everyone involved. The only reason I saw my way through all the nonsense was because they had the truck i was looking for. Hope this helps! If you do plan on shopping here make sure to read EVERYTHING and ask all the questions you have before signing anything to avoid any "misunderstandings". Good luck! More
