She helped us decide which vehicle was best for us. With the backlog of auto production because of the pandemic, she kept us informed as to when we could expect our vehicle. The day we picked it up, she helped us get our phones linked to the vehicle, and showed us many of the features. She followed up with a phone call a couple days later to see if we had any questions. She is a very upbeat person which made it very easy to go through the whole process of buying a vehicle. I will refer my friends to her with out a doubt. More

Totall UNSATIFIED with the service department. On 19 Oct. 2020, I soke to Amanda Krug about a noise being created by our 2018 Rav 4 LE and was told that a "LEXUS technician had taken the car for a On 19 Oct. 2020, I soke to Amanda Krug about a noise being created by our 2018 Rav 4 LE and was told that a "LEXUS technician had taken the car for a test drive and had not noticed or heard any problems with the car. He stated that, and I quote,"The noise is a normal frequency enduced by various system components such as powertrain, driveline and braking system".This is complete nonsense. I have taken a recent test drive with a retired licenced automotive technician who told me that the noise is #1, present and #2, caused by one of the rear wheel bearings. If this bearing should fail while driving at highway speed, the failure could cause the wheel associated with it to come off the car and result in a life threatening crash!! I am taking the Rav back to the dealership this Wed. Sept. 19 2022 to have the problem addressed once again. My wife and I have had 3 camry's in the past and have been very happy with them. NO odd noises and minimal repairs. If the problem with our Rav is not resolved with our next visit, I shall be contacting the CEO of Toyota Canada to start action against ToyotaTown.
