I was extremely pleased with my whole experience at Toyotatown. I was greeted quickly by service advisor Rob Daco upon arrival. He already knew what my appointment was for. I had several questions th Toyotatown. I was greeted quickly by service advisor Rob Daco upon arrival. He already knew what my appointment was for. I had several questions that Rob thoroughly and quickly answered for me. He reviewed exactly what needed to be done on my car. He contacted me to explain two other items that needed attention. Good experience overall I bought a new van and love it. There was a problem with the price match for a set of winter tires but the service manager made sure I left satisfied I bought a new van and love it. There was a problem with the price match for a set of winter tires but the service manager made sure I left satisfied with the outcome. I did add a cargo liner for the back and that was missed on the delivery initially but quickly was solved when I returned to dealership.
