We talked, and I explained my requirements I placed a question regarding the Ford Flex online, and Jamie Brandt emailed and phoned about a day later. We talked, and I explained my requirements -- I am large (6'4") and require space for myself, my wife, grand children, ease of access, ability to carry a wide variety of personal items, has good power, easy on fuel, and lots of bells and whistles. I also told Jamie that I was looking at other makes and models. He asked if he could contact me in a week or so for follow up -- no pressure at all. My wife and I decided we had to start physically looking at vehicles, instead of just ads and online, so I contacted Jamie to arrange for a visit. When I arrived, Jamie had a couple of vehicles for me to look at, both models that I had mentioned in our conversation -- I felt the Flex was much more spacious for me, so we went on a test drive, while driving Jamie explained the operation of everything, features about the Flex I didn't know. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to understand my requirements. When we returned to the dealership, he offered to get my current vehicle appraised for trade in value. As I was leaving the dealership, he said that he would be in touch in a week or 10 days if that was okay as he knew I wanted to look around. Instead, I phoned him back in a day wanting to purchase the vehicle. When I came to pick the vehicle up, it was cleaned, the fuel tank topped up, and waiting. He then spent about an hour making sure that I I understood most of the features of the vehicle, and has offered me assistance a couple of times. I would highly recommend Jamie Brandt to my friends and family if they were interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
