Sweet Mercy! I dreaded the idea of shopping for a vehicle, but it had to be done. We popped into Zender quick on our way home with our toddler, and there I met the other man in my life! Christian Davey was awesome! He gave me options, was straight forward, and delivered on his word and then some! His standards were high and impressive, he knew what I wanted and how to take care of us (including our toddler!!! )....... And NEVER once did he say "I'll have to check with my manager" The ladies in finance were easy to work with, and made the process quick and easy. More

We also Met Brandon a sales mgr. Another really nice guy. We were totally in awe with the treatment that we got from all the staff that we dealt with. They all wanted to help us. I.e. I found the price was cheaper than everywhere else I had looked and everyone I dealt with were more than helpful and accommodating! I'm so impressed with the customer service and family feel that I experienced; had lots of laughs, my little boy got spoiled with hot chocolate and little gifts! Vance made the financing way less painful than expected and explained everything step by step for me. Nothing was blindsiding which was very refreshing !! I'm over the moon about my *New Wheels !!!! I'm always amazed by how many dealerships will only show you th Abhi Bose made us feel very welcomed from the minute we walked up to the front doors. I'm always amazed by how many dealerships will only show you the vehicle they want to show you and not necessarily the ones you are looking for. Abhi didn't do that .. he took the time to listen to what we wanted and then showed us the trucks that met our needs. Abhi has a very friendly and comforting demeanor that immediately made us want to work with him. Sandra in the finance department was fantastic to deal with as well. She not only did a great job but she did it with a smile and a great attitude. I was a 20+ year Chevy guy who is now a proud Ford F150 owner, largely due to the atmosphere at Zender Ford ... well ... and the awesome truck! I would recommend working with Abhi and the Zender staff to any of my friends and family for any of their vehicle needs. More

First off, let me express that I have been mistreated in the past with other dealerships. I have experienced the stereo-typical sleazy salesmen before and I really didn't want to experience this again. Buying a vehicle is suppose to be a fun and exciting time. Diane made it fun :-) I actually met Diane Carlyon when I was getting a service done at Zender (I was "browsing" the new vehicles while I waited) and she was great from the first time I met her. At that time however, I wasn't ready to buy a vehicle, and I told her that.... and she LISTENED to me! There was no pushiness and she genuinely wanted to help me whenever I did want to buy. Well I went back, spoke with Diana, when I was ready to buy and she was way more than accommodating. She worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for me. I told her what I wanted and she found it. It took a little bit to find my vehicle but she found it for me! If you want to deal with a honest and hardworking salesperson, then deal with Diane :-) She's awesome! More
