An upsetting defect handled in a most satisfactory manner One year after purchasing my 3rd Lexus RX (used 2015 RX350), the multi-function display failed at 92K KM and exactly on the last day of the 4 year wa One year after purchasing my 3rd Lexus RX (used 2015 RX350), the multi-function display failed at 92K KM and exactly on the last day of the 4 year warranty period. This is a very, very expensive repair. Meeting with the service manager Adam McCallum, he agreed to look into what he could do to address the issue and cost. A week later, Romeo Nissan, my service advisor contacted me to inform me they had arranged to have this unit replacement at a much reduced cost. I have been a client of Lexus of London for 16 years and have always felt as if I was a special client. I am also delighted at the professionalism of their staff. My experience with this latest issue is confirmation of that impression. More
