He made the deal happen and I am no easy guy to sell to. After the deal was made I met Sam in finance, and I have to say, laid out all of my options clearly and professionally. To make the whole thing even better both Rocco and Sam were just all round good, honest guys and I truly believe they both had my best interest in mind and not just the dealer. Highly recommended! 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan I live in rural Eastern Ontario. I went to my local dealership to test drive and get some information on the new Caravans. We owned a 2010 with almost 150,00 km and were looking at upgrading. Before I went to my local dealership I looked at the Peel website. The advertised price for the van I was looking at locally was listed over $4000 less at Peel. I went to the local dealership and test drove the van there. When I showed the salesman the Peel price for the same vehicle he said "We can't touch that. They must have hidden fees." I called Peel that night and spoke with Rocco. He confirmed that there were no extra fees, just the price plus tax. Rocco then gave me his cell number and said I could call or text him any time. He was professional and extremely friendly during our conversation. I had a few more questions and Rocco answered them quickly and to my satisfaction. I put down my deposit the next morning. Rocco told me Bond would contact me to discuss financing. I thought "Oh, great, this is where they'll try to sell me something". Bond calls and says, "Hi Andrew, I think we can get you a better interest rate. Are you interested?". Bond then proceeds to get me qualified for 0% financing without me even asking this of him. Amazing! On the day I picked up the van, everything was smooth. The price and financing was exactly what we discussed. No hidden fees. No extras. Nothing. Rocco, Bond, and everyone at Peel Chrysler were amazing and level of customer service at this dealership is as unbelievable as their prices. I thought this deal was too good to be true but I'm glad I was wrong. With the lower price and interest rate I saved about $7000 compared to my local dealership. We love our new van!!! If you are interested in a new Chrysler vehicle, call Peel and ask for Rocco. You'll be glad you did!!! More

The real difference starts with sales people, and all the supporting cast that a dealership puts in place to serve you once you do make that deal. So following the catchy sales pitch, I met Rocco Speziali, and instantly felt at home as he welcomed me and was patient as I looked at a few vehicles before settling on one. Rocco was down home and non aggressive as speed often kills more than just occupants in a car going too fast. LOL. Peel benefits from that style and as a dealership my original point is that the service you receive truly is why you should go to Peel. You will pay less but more importantly you will be served well. In fact, the vibe of the entire dealership was very welcoming and warm. We test drove the Jeep Wrangler and loved it. Rocco gave us a very good price on a new Jeep and a great trade-in value on our existing vehicle. The paperwork was completed very quickly with Dave Muscat, with no additional selling (unlike many other dealers). Picked up our new Jeep within three days. It was definitely one of the most pleasant and painless car purchase experiences ever. More
