Good price. Bad delivery Great experience while buying the truck. Bad experience on delivering the truck. Bought the truck on July 9/15 and it was supposed to arrive at the Great experience while buying the truck. Bad experience on delivering the truck. Bought the truck on July 9/15 and it was supposed to arrive at the dealer on July 28. Well on August 17 the truck was still not on sight so I asked if they would change the truck for one that was on their lot already because I was tired of waiting for my truck and they couldn't tell me when it was going to be there. They said yes but charged me an extra $1000 above the price of the truck. To me that was ridiculous as it was not a special order and I was going to take one that was already on the lot. Plus the one on the lot was more expensive and I was more than happy to pay the difference. To me that is bad business as I was not walking away without buying a truck from them. Also it took them 7 days to get my truck ready for delivery and even then it was not ready for me when I got there as they had forgot to get it rust proofed so I had to wait around for 2 hours while they got it done. So for those two reasons I would not buy another vehicle from Peel Chrysler. More
