I purchased a 2015 Silverado HD 3500 Diesel, I purchased a 2015 Silverado HD 3500 Diesel, and although I was initially pleased with the service provided by the salesman, I came to learn very qui I purchased a 2015 Silverado HD 3500 Diesel, and although I was initially pleased with the service provided by the salesman, I came to learn very quickly that this is not the kind of Dealer that I would ever want to visit again......After placing 4 phone calls over 2 days to their Service Dept to book my vehicle in for some service work, and not receiving the courtesy of a return call, and when eventually the service dept did return my call, I asked why the delay and was told "too busy"....In addition, I had placed 2 calls to the Salesman, over the same 2 days without the courtesy of a reply, only to find out later that he had gone on holiday for 2 weeks but, according to the General Manager Nathen who I did complain to, seemed to think that putting a message on his phone referring callers to either the switchboard receptionist, or to another salesman to offer help to customers seemed to be a good idea, so I assumed from that that this was the first time he had heard of this idea....DUH!! As a result, I will not be interested in setting foot back into this Dealership as it would appear that once the sale has been made, they think they can wash their hands of any backup service and/or support....SO BE IT....They have certainly lost my business, and will be very happy to make sure that anyone that I know who has any interest in dealing with them are aware of their methods.......
