I would advise anyone not to deal with this dealership as we traded our 2019 Silverado in for a 2023 suburban three weeks ago to find out that they still haven’t paid the old Lien out so we are currently pay we traded our 2019 Silverado in for a 2023 suburban three weeks ago to find out that they still haven’t paid the old Lien out so we are currently paying for our old truck that is on their lot and our new one and I have called Chris omeara our sales guy and Ryan Romano our finance guy to see what is going on with getting that cleared up and all I get is we’ll look into it and that they will call back and no call back it takes forever to get ahold of them. We have also emailed and tried to get ahold of the general manager and no response this is the worst experience from a dealership we have ever had I have traded in quite a few vehicles over the years to know that it doesn’t take this long to clear this up only giving a one star as I can’t give give a lower rating. Worst experience to try and buy a vehicle ever. I originally inquired on a pickup on Friday at 0930am. Was informed that it was available for sale and would i like a video or some pics. I said that w originally inquired on a pickup on Friday at 0930am. Was informed that it was available for sale and would i like a video or some pics. I said that would be great. A few hours later I emailed them and asked if they had got busy or forgot. got a different sales person. Second sales person says it is available and that they will get me some pics asap. Saturday morning arrives still no pics, email them again now I am informed it is at a secondary lot and they will have to send someone over to get the information. I say okay no problem. Sunday receive an email from the internet sales manager and let them know I am not happy thus far with the service I have received. Monday morning start all over again same run around. Monday afternoon get pics of a totally different unit than what i am looking for not even the same color and couldn't even brush the snow off for the pics. I than asked when they will have the unit on the lot so that I could have a look at it. response " I would need to get it here and can you call. If I could have gave zero stars I would have total waste of time. More

But it stopped this time, Chris did his usual fantastic job, but kept getting road blocked by MOE. well Moe your offices are not sound proof to the one next, where i happened to be sitting when Chris went to chat with you to see what you guys could do.I heard the words that came out of your mouth" this guy can't tell me what he will pay", does that ring a bell Moe? Well it did sit very straight forward with me, the guy with the cash, the buyer looking to spend money. I really did not appreciate your comments, not only the one time, but most of the conversation. Yes i understand you need to make your margins, but it is my job to get my best price, besides it is MY money I am spending, Sorry Chris will never be back to Shaw, if you ever move dealerships, give me a call you have my number. I know many people, and from what I have been hearing in this isn't the first time you have heard of how derogatory, and demeaning he can be towards customers. As far as the star ratings go, the only reason you have better than a 1 star, is due entirely to Chris. if it was solely based on Moe it would be "0". More
