Having purchased a number of vehicles over the years, was surprised to have an immediate call back from Budd's even when making a casual inquiry. Other dealers neither respond to voice mail nor email. Through Beverly, coordinated a same-day test drive. We talked for a long while. Beverly answered my questions and ultimately worked out a deal. Trading my existing truck was not stressful. I left feeling like my trade had value and it was appraised as such. Everyone whom I interacted with was very friendly, even when I showed up early to pick up the new truck. Sorry about that, am habitually early. Recommend Bevery Watt? Absolutely. Recommend Budd's? He responded within minutes letting me know he was working later that day and would get back to me. He provided me with a quote that same afternoon and after a quick call in the evening, we struck a deal. Basil was extremely professional, honest and responsive during the entire sales process. He provided regular updates, promptly responded to my calls and emails while I was waiting for delivery of the car, and has been great with follow up questions post-delivery. The whole team at Budds, including sales manager Craig Taylor and business manager Rob Powell, who walked me through every item on the bill of sale so that I could fully understand every cost I was paying, were exceptional to deal with. What a Positive experience! I was a female going into this dealership to buy a truck. Everyone at Budd's treated me respectfully, talked to me like I mattered, considered my many questions, looked into questions that they didn't have answers for (and I asked a lot of questions), quickly got back to me with phone calls and emails and were very friendly, patient, helpful and informative. Working with Cameron as my sales rep was an absolute pleasure! I LOVE my truck and ps.... Budd's hasn't forgotten me now that I'm off the lot - they are STILL helping me out! AWESOME experience!!!! I ended up buying a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500, with everything I wanted and within my budget. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
