Why I can recommend Budds used cars My wife and I were shopping for some information on purchasing a reasonably priced used car. We had had no experience in dealing at Budds, but knew Basil, so made an appointment. He showed us something within our price range, a 2013 Chev. Cruz.. He pointed out a small scratch which required some work in the body shop which took a little longer than they expected but that was not a problem as our other car was still o.k.. Rob was very pleasant and looked after the financing with no problem. When our car was ready Basil picked us up, took us to the dealership, took care of the final details and we drove away quite satisfied. More

Couldn't Be Happier I was recommended to check outs Budds in Oakville as a friend had recently purchased a vehicle and raved about her experience. From the first contact I was recommended to check outs Budds in Oakville as a friend had recently purchased a vehicle and raved about her experience. From the first contact with Beverly, I knew I was in good hands. I live in Cambridge so a lot of our first communications were over phone and email, but I told her exactly what I was looking for and she said to leave it with her. I got a call the next day and she said they had found a car and are bringing it in for me to check out. It was the exact car and payment I was looking for. That weekend I went to the dealership with such excitement and finally put a face to the lovely woman I had been bugging with many questions. She welcomed me with a big hug and we sat down to discuss the car. I went for a test drive and was sold (and happier than a kid on Christmas). I never once felt pressured by Beverly to buy the car which was refreshing from previous experiences, but with getting me exactly what I wanted it was too good of a deal to pass up. I would also like to thank Rob who was very helpful with all my questions while going through the financing process as this was my first new car. I have had my 2016 Chevy Sonic (named Betty) for 2 weeks and I can't wait for all adventures ahead. More

He listened to my wants and needs, never tried to upsell me to something I never wanted (coming from Sales, this is a huge plus) and was more than happy to answer all my questions. He was able to get me into the exact car that I wanted. Rob Powell (Manager) was extremely helpful, courteous and quick to get everything ready for me to start using my new car. With some dealerships, you feel the overwhelming pressure to buy the minute you step foot in the door - not with these guys. Excellent new car buying experience I was in the market for a new truck and after a few visits to other dealers, I happened to swing by Budds. I was greeted by Tom and he showed me some I was in the market for a new truck and after a few visits to other dealers, I happened to swing by Budds. I was greeted by Tom and he showed me some options in my price range. He took his time and his friendly demeanor put me at ease right away. I chose a Tahoe off the lot and Rob worked on the details. Within a few hours the deal was done and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I can honestly say that I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else for my next vehicle! More

Recently my husband purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra Elevation and I purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox and once again, Basil was wonderful. The whole process for the purchase of both vehicles and trade in of my vehicle was seamless. In 2014 I wanted a Tahoe and unfortunately Budds did not have what I was looking for in stock so I ended up at Dixie Ford. There was absolutely NO comparison in regards to customer service, and friendly staff. Now we are back and could not be happier! More
