This was my second trip to purchase a second Lexus & the entire staff is great but Rick is who I'll always come to to buy a car. He was completely honest, informative & found the right car for me! He's so friendly & personable - his good looks surely help (heehee), but beyond that he knew about each vehicle I was talking about & killed any apprehensions I had. I will be back! A pleasant experience We hadn't bought a vehicle in 35 yrs and we went to Lexus of London just for the fun of it. When we walked in the door, the concierge came right over and asked us if we would like something to drink and said she'd find us a salesperson to answer any questions. She got Rick Watson to help us. He treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. He answered all of our questions, was very patient and very knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle ...we sat in quite a few before deciding on one. We highly recommend Rick Watson for sales and Kylie Burridge for the financial aspect and would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated royally with excellent customer service and respect. More
