He was very respectful, he answered all my questions in an efficient and timely manner. If he didn't have the answer immediately at hand he ensured he used dealership resources to get it. During my search for this vehicle I visited many Lexus dealers and in the end I purchased this vehicle from Lexus of London this spring primarily due to Rick Watson. Note that this dealership is a 3 hour drive from my home so he must be good. A salesman Lexus of Lomdon should be proud to have in their employ. More
