The sales rep ( Rick) spent a lot of time going over the features of the car (2 hrs) and reiterated that we could call Warm and welcoming atmosphere. He also made a follow up phone call a couple of days later to see how we were enjoying the car. The assistant service manager ( Lyndsi ) did a good job explaining the service end of the car. . We were impressed that the manager introduced himself and suggested we could call him anytime and bring the car in anytime for assistance. More

The sales rep (Rick Watson) met with me to discuss the different veh I came into the Lexus dealership with little knowledge of what I was looking for. The sales rep (Rick Watson) met with me to discuss the different vehicles they had available and had me test drive several. On my second visit, Rick carefully walked me through the different options and I was able to figure out exactly what I was looking for. At no point, did his sales approach seem pushy and I truly felt like he was trying to find a vehicle that met my needs. I purchased a Lexus IS250 and can't be happier - I would definitely recommend Rick Watson for those looking to buy a great vehicle and experience great customer service.
