Once again we had the pleasure dealing with Joe Albi in purchasing our 2nd brand new vehicle within 6mts. My husband and I originally visited a local Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler dealership in our area and had one of the worst experiences you could possibly have when buying a new car! After this, we were quite discouraged from walking into another dodge dealership until a friend recommended we pay a visit to the Team Chrysler dealership in Mississauga. From the moment we walked in there we felt welcome and were invited right in by Joe Albi. He greeted us at the door, we briefly explained our previous experience to him and he was extremely sympathetic, understanding and looked quite disgusted that a fellow dealership would treat a Chrysler customer in such a way. Joe sat us down, asked us what we wanted and took it from there. We had a particular budget which he was very respectful of; never once did we feel pressured, rushed or made to feel like we needed to spend more to get what we wanted. The whole experience at Team was light years better than the service we have ever experienced at any dealership, and we visited several before deciding on a specific car to purchase. Joe was calm, patient and respectful of the fact that we had just had such a terrible experience attempting to purchase our first dodge...he became a friend. We were at Team Chrysler for a few hours; Joe never made us feel as if he didn't have time for us, or that we were wasting his time, and never once disappeared to talk to another customer in the showroom, which we sadly have experienced in previous dealerships. Joe and the whole team at Team Chrysler made buying a car such an enjoyable experience. They work well as a team and really made us feel like we were part of that team the day we were there! One of the best parts of the whole experience was picking up our new car last night. It was everything we had asked for and more! Literally it was!! We walked into the dealership last night with apprehension, not because of our experience with Joe but because of our experience at the previous dealership we had visited the first time; it was when we went to pick up our new car that all the problems started. But last night was such a pleasant visit! From the moment we walked in, we were remembered and greeted by all the staff we had dealt with on the weekend with smiles, and Joe approached us right away, happy to see us. We felt like we were walking into a place full of people we had known for a long time. Last night, not only did we leave with our new car, we left with new friends at Team Chrysler. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, even if you aren't shopping for a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, go see Joe and the team at Team Chrysler and you will want to buy your next car there! While Team Chrysler had been recommended to me by a few friends, I'd ended up visiting a couple of other dealerships prior, and even 2 after. The first thing that stood out was the honesty of Mr. Joseph A friends, I'd ended up visiting a couple of other dealerships prior, and even 2 after. The first thing that stood out was the honesty of Mr. Joseph Albi and Mr. Rich Fatrola. When I'd asked for numbers at other dealerships I was constantly asked what I wanted to pay, running in circles and never getting an straight answer. Not only did Joe and Rich bend over backwards for me, I had an answer immediately for any question I had. While some of the other sales reps at other dealerships unfortunately conveyed the negative stereotypes of sales reps, Joe and Rich only proved that not all are painted with the same brush. Since signing the papers lastnight, I have already recommended the dealership to 3 coworkers who are likely in the market for a new vehicle soon. The hardest part of the entire process will be waiting the next several hours before I have the keys in my hand. In closing, I would like to thank Joe and Rich for all of their help in getting me into a vehicle that I'm extremely proud to drive.
