Listen and help My truck was brought in for an oil change; previously I had my truck in for warranty work and a minor adjustment to one of the sensors.on the wheel. I My truck was brought in for an oil change; previously I had my truck in for warranty work and a minor adjustment to one of the sensors.on the wheel. I twas notice that one of the covers were missing on the tire, as they were custom tires and purchased with the truck, my wife had asked if it was possible that one of the technicians had forgot to replace the cover. With a bit of further discussion, Renee told my wife to go ahead and order the cover and that Western GMC would reimburse the cost, just bring the invoice in. Needless to say this is an example of going above and beyond and listening o the customer. Most other places would have gone taken a different route in the approach to resolving this. thanks again for listening and offering to help! More

Had performance package installed on my new Denali. Had a loaner to go do some shopping and truck was ready before I was done. Truck was clean inside as well! They fixed all recalls, full oil change, and fixed an issue with my mirrors. To top it off, they even washed my truck for me. They are highly recommended. More
