I have been a loyal and very happy customer of Jordan's for almost 10 years and I can honestly say I will never deal with any other dealership than where Jordan is. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers and knows what customer service is. During our purchase last week we dealt with Jason in Sales who was amazing as well. He took the time to show us several vehicles and built a rapport with my son who was buying his first vehicle. Rana in finance was also great, she was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to my son. Everyone at Sherwood Park Chevrolet was very friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More

Excellent new vehicle purchase experience...Above & beyond!! I met up with Teo Burtic the day after he had got back from vacation & my last day off before heading back to Fort Mac for work. He knew what I was af I met up with Teo Burtic the day after he had got back from vacation & my last day off before heading back to Fort Mac for work. He knew what I was after exactly just by speaking over the phone. We got to the dealership, took two vehicles for a test drive and within 1 hour of comparing the two vehicles it was very obvious which one I was interested in. Everything was very straight forward, he listened and answered any questions / concerns I had and made sure to keep me informed with everything every step of the way. I would refer Teo to any of my family and/or friends if they are looking for a new or used vehicle of any sort, it was a pleasure dealing with him and completely stress free as well. He was very professional and prompt. Teo then sent me to deal with Braden Mcgregor in the parts department after I had my vehicle chosen. Braden was very helpful in helping me choose some accessories for my truck and outlined everything for me so there was no confusion as well. Braden also accommodated changes to my original requests no problem as well so I was very pleased with that. I will continue to deal with Braden for any future needs no problem! Teo then sent me to finance to deal with Rana Fayyad, and she was very friendly to deal with and I did not feel pressured at any point to purchase anything for my new vehicle that I did not want to. She was very informative and knowledgeable with and questions I had. Overall, all 3 of these employees made buying a new vehicle exciting & stress free, and I look forward to going back and visiting this dealership for any future needs! More

Worst Customer Service Ever! Buying a new family vehicle Hello, I can not put into word how great the experience was! Jim was so awesome to deal with. We had been in twice to look at cars trying to figure out what we were looking for we told him we were just starting to look and still wasn't sure what we wanted. He provided us all the information we were looking for and told us to think about it. He was not over bearing or pushy in any way. When we did decide on what we wanted I know we were going to make sure we dealt with Jim. He took his time with us, he know I was stressed about the whole situation about choosing a vehicle that suites our needs, Jim made sure we had everything we need to make the right choice, not feeling pressured was a huge help for me. I love the new 2015 Chevy Traverse and can't thank Jim enough for all his help. Rana in the financing Department was also great to deal with. Rana also took all the stress out of finalizing of the paperwork. She made sure we were very informed of all that was needed to be known and helped make the process go through flawlessly. More
