As i was buying my first car in canada he guided by each and every way for how to manage everything, also advice me few things to do before and after purchase and got me approved for my Elegant Black 2016 Honda Civic. I do had an issue which happened coincidently as me and another customer both choose same car, was upset but the gentle Mr. Amit along with Rami handled the situation very well and offered me another car and gave his best to make me happy. Was very impressed by both the gentle men, Mr Amit and Mr Rami. Moreover, as i want receive the car with my parents and they were landing after a week, so Rami and amit tried to delay my delivery so that i could wait for my parents to accompany me to take the car. Over the past 15 years, my wife and I have purchased our last four vehicles (most recently this month) from Most Wanted Cars. All of our experiences with this dealership have been beyond positive, from the last four vehicles (most recently this month) from Most Wanted Cars. All of our experiences with this dealership have been beyond positive, from the five-star customer service to the high quality of the vehicles. We have dealt with Damien on each of our purchases, and his professionalism and the respect he shows us as customers is why my wife and I have had no inclination to shop for vehicles at other dealerships. With Damien, there's no hard selling, and he has always made time for us to test drive several vehicles (or leaving a Canada Day party when we purchased our third vehicle to take care of the finishing touches). On the customer service side, we have had our existing vehicles washed and detailed when test driving potential new vehicles. When the owner of the dealership, Raj, bumped into us at the dealership he took the time to express his appreciation for doing business with the dealership. When we purchased our third vehicle, it was delivered to our driveway more than an hour away by two friendly gentlemen. When my wife and I returned to the dealership last week to pick up snow tires that were part of our purchase, four staff members teamed up to put them into our vehicle.
