The staff (Rabih, Matthew, Usman, Ali, Raymon) who have helped us along the way, did a great job. Matthew did an awesome job in helping us pick and test-drive the truck (brand new 2015 RAM 1500 Sport Quad); Rabih's sales expertise was amazing, he packaged the whole deal for us with an awesome pricing; Usman took care of the financing, which was very quick and prompt, and straight-forward. Ali and Raymon were very helpful in assisting us at the time of delivery. We came and meet the Sales guys Saturday, we signed the docs with Usman (Finance Manager) Monday, and picked-up the truck Tuesday. I think the whole process was fantastic. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family, friends, and colleagues. Over all, we have experienced an excellent customer service, keep it up, big thanks to you all! I was then told to: - wait 2 more days, - then 3 more, - then 14, - then I was advised that the roof racks *are not available*, and even if they were, I “wouldn’t be satisfied with the installation”, - then another 3 days later, I was told that the roof racks *are indeed available*, and that I will be satisfied with the dealer installation. I finally picked it up after yet another 3 days, so all’s well that ends well. However, I didn’t enjoy 3 weeks of aggravation, and not knowing what’s going on. From the very first emails, to the telephone calls, right up to the excellent service and assistance at the door from both Matthew and Rabih. Matthew made th process extremely easy and quick. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. We had done our homework, and Ontario Chrysler beat everyone by far with price and customer service, so we decided to drive the 2.5 hours to buy our new Ram. Matthew went over everything about the truck from front to back, showed us all the little gadgets, nooks and crannies, and engine parts.
