Recently I purchsed a brand new 2014 Town & Country from Ontario Chrysler. It was a great experience. The sales Walid and sales manager Rabih were very friendly to talk to. They answered all my questions and gave me a very good price. They did not have the exact car I wanted but they managed to find one for me from a dealer which was far away from Mississauga. The car was delivered as promised with a very low milage 12 km. Also, I bought the car at the end of Nov and picked up the car on Dec 10th. Starting from Dec 3rd, Chrysler offered a new holiday bonuse. They honoured me the new promotion when I picked up the car. I was very happy. The finance manager Tinu was also great. He was very gentle. He did not rush me to sign anything and made me feel very confortable. All in all, this was a great shopping experience. I will recommand this dealership to everyone who wants buy a Chysler car. More

"Ontario Chrysler has Canada's largest inventory" - so true! Samuel Dyer was our salesperson. He is a nice gentleman - that helped us decide which vehicle was right for us. We had the opportunity to buy a brand new Jeep Wrangler Sahara at the Chrysler dealership on Dixie and Matheson. Not only were Jay and Rabih the most committed salesman, but their customer service was outs Sahara at the Chrysler dealership on Dixie and Matheson. we had received a letter an an email re feb 13 sale we we had received a letter an an email re feb 13 sale we called 2 days prior to find out all the details as often what is no the flyer or info sheet i we had received a letter an an email re feb 13 sale we called 2 days prior to find out all the details as often what is no the flyer or info sheet is different when you get there...hidden agenda's etc.....we were surprised to find that what the flyer said was actually fact so we attend on the 13 th with a scheduled 9 am appointment we were greeted promptly and not kept waiting ( which as a business person is important to me/us ) we were shown the vehicles we had gone to see including other models and options as well as all of our color choices. we were given detailed clear information as to the promotion and the discounts avaialbe to us .as well as all of the financing details and add on options...all of our request and questions were answered clearly and honestly ....( which is unusual in the automotive industry) we felt at ease with the 2 gentlemen we were dealing with and confident enough to not only purchase a vehicle but refer 6 other people 4 of which actually purchased when we went to pick up our vehicle it was in the showroom for our inspection and ready for us we would not hesitate to refer any of our over 10,000 clients to either of these gentlemen for sales and service more importantly we will be purchasing another vehicle for this dealership again More

I had done my homework before we finally decided what vehicle and (to me) more importantly WHERE. I didn't want to be messed around by a dealer just wanting to make a sale, so I phoned to speak to them (and yes I phoned other dealerships). The friendly and funny yet no BS approach was exactly what brought me to Ontario Chrysler. After the purchase was complete, (taxes, warranty ect...) the price was STILL under MSRP!!
