AMAZING I took my car in as I had a punture and the told me that 3 of my tires needed changing and they went ahead and changed it without any questions or wit I took my car in as I had a punture and the told me that 3 of my tires needed changing and they went ahead and changed it without any questions or without any arguments at all. Robih Hamed-the manager authorized it and Anna Danis handled the whole thing very pleasently and with a smile on her face all the time. I was under the impression that of of the tires needed changing but they said 3 and they changed them "without batting an eyelid". Coffee and snacks were offered as was lunch also. My Grand Caravan was brought out and it was pointedto me which tires were changed with explaination as to why it took a bit longer then necessary. It really was a pleasent surprise to have the work done professionally amd woth a smile. And yes--I would highly recomend Robbie Hammad and Ontario Chrysler More
